Requirements

  • University degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Finance, or comparable qualification
  • Solid proficiency in Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards
  • First experience in job architecture methodology and evaluation procedures preferred
  • Solid MS Office knowledge, especially Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Basic Power BI and SAP HCM or other programming skills is a plus
  • Very good analytical thinking and ability to translate complex compensation into clear insights for Senior Management
  • Very good English skills
  • Another European language is a plus

Tasks

  • Lead job evaluation activities using Mercer IPE methodology
  • Maintain and enhance job architecture and job catalogue
  • Ensure accurate documentation of all roles
  • Oversee and administer European rewards and benefits systems
  • Conduct salary analyses and labour market benchmarking
  • Participate in salary surveys
  • Interpret salary data and update salary bands
  • Ensure fair, equitable, and competitive total rewards
  • Monitor internal pay equity
  • Analyze gender pay gap
  • Evaluate and implement solutions for pay transparency and reporting
  • Develop and maintain compensation policies and procedures
  • Create and update communication materials
  • Support consistent application of reward frameworks
  • Partner with internal stakeholders across Europe
  • Participate in European HR project development
  • Implement and administer European HR projects
