- Professional experience in HR Operations, People Analytics, Compensation & Benefits, or related area
- High attention to detail, strong sense of responsibility, reliable, structured, and accurate working style
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting
- Interest in HR processes and data-driven work
- Ability and motivation to work in international and intercultural environment, with openness and curiosity for diverse perspectives
- Strong organizational and communication skills, ability to manage multiple tasks, collaborate effectively with stakeholders

Tasks
- Support Compensation & Benefits data preparation
- Provide administrative and analytical support
- Maintain and enhance HR reports and dashboards
- Ensure data quality and consistency
- Prepare and update HR presentations and analyses
- Support recurring HR cycles and initiatives
- Prepare decision-support materials for stakeholders
- Handle insurance-related HR topics
- Coordinate and document insurance-related activities
- Draft and revise HR guidelines and process descriptions
- Maintain internal HR documentation
- Support HR Operations projects
- Track and align project activities
- Coordinate with HR functional teams
- Facilitate communication between HR and stakeholders
