Requirements
- HR education or relevant working experience
- Experience in HR administrative tasks
- First experiences with recruitment processes
- Very good MS Office and SAP HCM knowledge
- Very good German and English skills, another European language or Japanese beneficial
- Organizational strength, proactive and solution-oriented working style
- Communication, cooperation, and customer focus skills
- Structured, responsible, independent, and team-oriented working manner
- HR education or relevant working experience
- Experience in HR administrative tasks
- First experiences with recruitment processes

Tasks
- Respond to general employee inquiries
- Conduct operational HR processes
- Create and handle employee documents
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners
- Maintain HR employee master data in SAP
- Manage the recruitment process
- Onboard new employees
- Provide first day orientation
- Prepare legally secure works council documents
- Work on HR projects
- Perform Key User tasks
- Support change management activities
- Implement harmonised European HR services
Education
- Bachelor's degree
Languages
- German – Business Fluent
- English – Business Fluent
- Japanese – is a plus
- other – is a plus
