Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales or as a consultant, ideally enterprise business
  • Experience closing or managing complex, high-value deals with multiple stakeholders
  • Experience selling into manufacturing, industrial, or operations-heavy environments
  • Strategic thinking and hands-on execution
  • Resilience and comfort with long sales cycles (4–10 months)
  • Fluency in German and English (spoken and written)
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills
  • Ownership and ability to thrive in a team of high performers

Tasks

  • Own the full sales cycle from qualification to close for complex enterprise deals
  • Engage with C-level Operations, Plant Directors, and VP-level stakeholders
  • Drive consultative sales conversations around OEE, downtime, quality, and workforce efficiency
  • Manage and expand key Fortune 500 accounts using a land & expand approach
  • Build structured deal strategies using methodologies like MEDDIC
  • Partner closely with Solution Engineers, Marketing, and Customer Success to win complex evaluations, POCs, and ROI approvals
  • Contribute to scalable sales structures, best practices, and forecasting accuracy
