Requirements
- IT Service Management and/or Identity & Access Management experience
- Experience in 24/7 service operations and critical incident response
- Ability to work in cross-functional international teams
- Willingness to participate in on-call duty
- Structured work approach and task prioritization
- Handling technically complex situations and incidents
- Excellent English communication skills
- German language skills (plus)
Tasks
- Ensure reliable and efficient ITSM and IAM operation
- Manage full ITSM process lifecycle
- Operate, maintain, and enhance IAM systems
- Advise internal business units
- Act as interface between IT and business stakeholders
- Contribute to innovative initiatives
- Document and optimize workflows and tools
- Collaborate with CISO and security teams
- Ensure systems meet compliance and security standards

- Vocational certificationOR
