Requirements

  • Several years of related professional experience in information security
  • Experience with common information security standards, e.g., ISO/IEC 27001
  • Experience in conducting risk analyses and defining security measures
  • Strong analytical skills and structured work approach
  • Excellent communication skills and teamwork abilities
  • Optional certificates, e.g., CISM, CISA, IT-Grundschutz Berater
  • Fluency in German and English - both written and spoken

Tasks

  • Implement and maintain the Information Security Management System (ISMS) according to IT-Grundschutz and BSI C5
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
  • Conduct risk analyses and assessments based on IT-Grundschutz
  • Create and monitor information security policies and procedures
  • Prepare for internal and external audits
  • Document controls within the ISMS
  • Collaborate with departments to identify and implement security measures
  • Work with external stakeholders, including state and federal entities, Microsoft, and SAP, to enhance Delos Cloud's security and compliance
