- •Several years of related professional experience in information security
- •Experience with common information security standards, e.g., ISO/IEC 27001
- •Experience in conducting risk analyses and defining security measures
- •Strong analytical skills and structured work approach
- •Excellent communication skills and teamwork abilities
- •Optional certificates, e.g., CISM, CISA, IT-Grundschutz Berater
- •Fluency in German and English - both written and spoken
Work Experience

Tasks
- •Implement and maintain the Information Security Management System (ISMS) according to IT-Grundschutz and BSI C5
- •Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- •Conduct risk analyses and assessments based on IT-Grundschutz
- •Create and monitor information security policies and procedures
- •Prepare for internal and external audits
- •Document controls within the ISMS
- •Collaborate with departments to identify and implement security measures
- •Work with external stakeholders, including state and federal entities, Microsoft, and SAP, to enhance Delos Cloud's security and compliance
