Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in IT support or Helpdesk role
- Deep proficiency in macOS administration and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with administering Google Workspace
- Strong understanding of basic networking fundamentals
- Fluency in German and English

Tasks
- Provide frontline support for global team
- Monitor and address hardware, software, networking, and enterprise tool issues
- Administer internal systems like Google Workspace and Slack
- Support and troubleshoot core applications and SSO
- Coordinate procurement and setup of laptops and mobile devices
- Provision devices via MDM tools
- Execute onboarding and offboarding duties for new hires
- Manage account setup and equipment provisioning
- Collect and de-provision assets for departing employees
- Set up and troubleshoot meeting room technology
- Provide technical support for internal events and livestreams
- Create and update technical runbooks and knowledge base articles
- Enhance end-user self-service and team efficiency
- Assist with documentation and execution of IT controls
