- •Support experience with SaaS Cloud tools
- •3+ years experience or similar studies
- •Experience supporting MacOS and Windows
- •Good listening skills
- •Ability to learn new technologies quickly
- •Understanding of SLAs and ticket closures
- •Excellent service sense and positive spirit
- •Strong organization and priority management

- •Onboard new employees with HR and hiring managers
- •Manage automation tools for the onboarding process
- •Maintain and support global internal IT infrastructure
- •Operate and improve the IT inventory and ticketing systems
- •Track and coordinate license allocation with stakeholders
- •Develop documentation and the IT knowledge base
- •Communicate tool updates and usage guidelines to users
