Requirements
- •3–5 years of experience in IT user/infrastructure environments
- •Proficiency in maintaining and supporting local IT infrastructure
- •Experience in managing Active Directory and Group Policy
- •Familiarity with cloud-based environments and services
- •Experience deploying, configuring, and supporting Windows 11, Office 365, and Windows Server 2016
- •Fluency in German and English
- •Team player with a proactive mindset
- •Passion for customer service with strong communication skills
- •Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- •Professional, confident, and personable demeanor
- •Ability to multitask efficiently and remain calm under pressure
- •Enjoyment of learning and sharing knowledge

- •Provide 1st and 2nd line user support
- •Assist in rolling out new hardware and software
- •Manage user onboarding and offboarding
- •Handle ITSM incident ticket management
- •Support general network and infrastructure
- •Assist with IT-led corporate initiatives
- •Ensure functionality for customer demos
- •Contribute to building and maintaining new infrastructure
- •Collaborate with the EMEA IT team for regional support
