Requirements

  • Vocational training or comparable qualification in IT, business informatics, or related field
  • Practical experience in IT support, service desk, or helpdesk environments
  • Knowledge of Windows, macOS, Linux, Office 365, Intune, Jamf, and end-user hardware
  • Hands-on mindset and structured problem-solving approach
  • Strong communication skills, team spirit, and service orientation
  • Very good command of German and English, written and spoken

Tasks

  • Provide 1st and 2nd level IT support
  • Assist colleagues with IT questions
  • Support notebook installation and configuration
  • Maintain end-user devices
  • Track security alerts and cases
  • Document security alerts and cases
  • Manage internal server infrastructure
  • Assist with hardware rollouts
  • Assist with hardware upgrades
  • Assist with hardware replacements
  • Troubleshoot technical issues
  • Escalate complex technical cases
  • Prepare IT equipment for new employees
  • Create user accounts for new employees
  • Set up applications for new employees
  • Assist with mobile asset management
  • Manage smartphones and SIM cards
  • Maintain IT equipment asset management
  • Document IT equipment lifecycle
  • Document support cases and solutions
  • Contribute to knowledge sharing
  • Collaborate with colleagues worldwide
  • Collaborate with external service providers

Work Experience

  • 3 - 5 years

Education

  • Vocational certification
