- Confident handling of Windows 11
- Confident handling of Ubuntu Linux
- Experience in hardware troubleshooting
- Experience in patch management

- Ability to keep cool under pressure
- Fluent in German or English
- Solid foundation in the other language (German/English)
Tasks
- Analyze and resolve error messages in Windows and Ubuntu environments
- Use existing automations for software distribution
- Participate in deployment process optimization
- Procure and set up notebooks and peripherals
- Perform hardware repairs and upgrades
- Manage user accounts in Google Workspace
- Maintain LDAP permissions
- Support security tools like Bitwarden and Yubikeys
- Onboard new joiners
- Provide technical support for internal company events
