Requirements

  • •Degree in Business Informatics or comparable qualification
  • •Certifications such as ITIL v4 or Microsoft/IAM certificates
  • •Relevant professional experience in IT service management
  • •Solid IAM expertise in identity lifecycle, role and authorization concepts, and recertifications
  • •Experience in managing service providers, SLAs, and KPIs
  • •Ability to transition projects into stable operations and resolve complex issues in Second Level Support
  • •Strong technical knowledge of IAM tools such as Azure AD/Entra ID and directory services
  • •Proficiency in ITSM tools (e.g., Matrix42) and Atlassian tools (Jira/Confluence) and basic knowledge of interfaces and scripting
  • •Analytical, structured, and independent work style
  • •Confident communication in German and English

Bachelor's degree

Tasks

  • •Control and monitor service relationships with external partners
  • •Support specification, tendering, and procurement of new IT services
  • •Select suitable service providers
  • •Further develop existing services, SLAs, and KPIs
  • •Optimize services for quality, compliance, and cost
  • •Evaluate new technologies and solution approaches
  • •Provide recommendations for future business requirements
  • •Monitor applications and services to ensure stability
  • •Analyze incidents and ensure sustainable resolution in Second Level Support
  • •Plan, coordinate, and oversee IT projects from implementation to rollout
  • •Ensure smooth transition into operations
  • •Further develop IAM processes, including identity lifecycle and role concepts
  • •Ensure compliance requirements are met through recertifications
