Requirements
- •Degree in Business Informatics or comparable qualification
- •Certifications such as ITIL v4 or Microsoft/IAM certificates
- •Relevant professional experience in IT service management
- •Solid IAM expertise in identity lifecycle, role and authorization concepts, and recertifications
- •Experience in managing service providers, SLAs, and KPIs
- •Ability to transition projects into stable operations and resolve complex issues in Second Level Support
- •Strong technical knowledge of IAM tools such as Azure AD/Entra ID and directory services
- •Proficiency in ITSM tools (e.g., Matrix42) and Atlassian tools (Jira/Confluence) and basic knowledge of interfaces and scripting
- •Analytical, structured, and independent work style
- •Confident communication in German and English

Tasks
- •Control and monitor service relationships with external partners
- •Support specification, tendering, and procurement of new IT services
- •Select suitable service providers
- •Further develop existing services, SLAs, and KPIs
- •Optimize services for quality, compliance, and cost
- •Evaluate new technologies and solution approaches
- •Provide recommendations for future business requirements
- •Monitor applications and services to ensure stability
- •Analyze incidents and ensure sustainable resolution in Second Level Support
- •Plan, coordinate, and oversee IT projects from implementation to rollout
- •Ensure smooth transition into operations
- •Further develop IAM processes, including identity lifecycle and role concepts
- •Ensure compliance requirements are met through recertifications
