Tasks

  • Develop processes for extracting ingredients from plant-based materials
  • Optimize processes on a laboratory scale
  • Scale up processes to pilot scale
  • Apply dry and wet fractionation techniques
  • Optimize cell disruption methods
  • Develop drying processes
  • Create process concepts for side stream utilization
  • Develop modification processes to enhance ingredient properties
