Requirements

  • •Bachelor, Master, or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Energy Systems, Control Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
  • •Good understanding of renewable power/energy systems and battery operation
  • •Solid understanding of optimization concepts for algorithm development
  • •Experience with Python, Modelica, or equivalent modeling and simulation environments
  • •Experience in SoX estimation approaches for LFP batteries
  • •Familiarity with optimization or AI/ML frameworks
  • •Fluency in written and spoken English

Currently in higher education

Tasks

  • •Extend battery system models and controllers
  • •Develop and test new EMS control strategies
  • •Design and implement optimization-based scheduling algorithms
  • •Benchmark optimization algorithms
  • •Compare optimization approaches and analyze performance
  • •Contribute to AI/ML modules for forecasting
  • •Support system validation using simulation frameworks
