Requirements
- •Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Energy Systems, Control Engineering, Computer Science, or closely related field
- •Robust background in energy systems modeling, optimization, forecasting algorithms, and control strategies
- •Strong proficiency in Python for advanced algorithm development, system modeling, and data-driven analysis
- •Knowledge of C/C++
- •Demonstrated experience in power system modeling and simulation (e.g., DigSILENT, Modelica)
- •BESS-specific experience with familiarity in BESS architectures, components, and operation
- •Direct experience with energy management algorithms for battery systems
- •Experience with SCADA systems or EMS/SCADA development
- •Understanding of European electricity markets, flexibility services, and grid operation
- •Hands-on experience with embedded systems, CHIL/HIL testing, or EMS development
- •Experience leading project teams and excellent communication skills for a multicultural, international environment
- •Professional experience with Linux operating systems

- •Contribute to EMS prototype design and testing in HIL/CHIL environments
