Requirements

  • •Master’s or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, or related field
  • •Experience in power generation, transmission, and distribution
  • •Knowledge of grid stability, power flow control, and inverter control
  • •Familiarity with standards related to Solar PV and Battery Energy Storage Systems
  • •Track record of technology development, research, or innovation
  • •Proactive and problem-solving mindset
  • •Fluent English communication skills

Doctoral / PhD

Work Experience

Tasks

  • •Define power system and grid-tied inverter control requirements
  • •Engage with grid operators, power suppliers, and energy consumers
  • •Provide insights through technical reports
  • •Research state-of-the-art power system technologies
  • •Identify future trends in inverter control
  • •Collaborate with standardization bodies on grid code changes
  • •Stay updated on evolving standards for solar PV and energy storage systems
  • •Generate new ideas to drive innovation
  • •Secure intellectual property (IP)
  • •Mentor and support less experienced engineers
  • •Foster a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment
