- 8+ years of B2B marketing experience
- 3+ years of management and leadership experience
- Proven ability in strategic execution
- Experience using AI tools
- Professionally bilingual in English and another major language
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce and marketing automation platforms
Tasks
- Develop and own the marketing roadmap for EMEA and APAC
- Lead regional demand generation efforts for net-new lead acquisition
- Focus on pipeline health and account-based marketing (ABM)
- Hire, mentor, and lead a distributed marketing team
- Manage external agencies for localized events and digital programs
- Partner with global marketing leads and regional Sales leadership
- Define ideal customer profiles (ICPs) and localized messaging
- Manage the international marketing budget with a focus on ROI
- Conduct data-driven experimentation and performance reporting
- Collaborate with US-based Content and Creative teams for localization
- Empower international sales with tools and localized case studies
