- Strategic commercial leader with extensive international key account management, customer strategy, or commercial leadership experience
- Ability to balance short-term execution with long-term European growth objectives
- Highly analytical with strong financial and P&L understanding and data-driven decision-making ability
- Experienced negotiator with proven track record in complex, multi-country negotiations
- Skilled in stakeholder management, ability to align senior leadership, regional teams, and local markets
- People leader who can motivate, develop, and collaborate across diverse, cross-functional teams
- Comfortable operating in complex, ambiguous, and dynamic international environments
- Resilience, growth mindset, and strong personal drive to deliver results
Tasks
- Drive European commercial strategy for buying groups, service alliances, and International Customers
- Define and implement international account strategies aligned with business and growth goals
- Build negotiation mandates and proposals for the Value SteerCo
- Coordinate cross-functional planning with central teams
- Cascade negotiation strategies and mandates to local markets
- Support local teams in executing negotiation strategies
- Represent the company in high-level international negotiations
- Ensure pricing consistency and adherence to central pricing and trade guardrails
- Lead the Service Alliances strategy
- Develop a strong European network
- Manage negotiations across markets
- Handle escalations and ensure mandate compliance
- Partner with senior leadership on trade-offs and risk management
- Drive cross-functional collaboration
- Build commercial and negotiation capabilities across the organization
- Lead and develop a small central team
- Act as a key connector between Central KAMs and Local KAMs
