Requirements
- •7+ years of experience in HRBP role
- •Proven experience in HR strategy, employee relations, talent management, and talent acquisition
- •In-depth knowledge of labour laws and compliance regulations
- •Comfortable balancing business objectives with people's needs
- •Strong coaching and advisory skills
- •Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- •Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- •Ability to analyse HR issues from different perspectives
- •Fluency in English and German
- •Familiarity with Personio as HRIS
- •Experience with business partnering or legal frameworks in multiple countries
- •Experience with running internal workshops and training
- •Knowledge of other languages like Spanish, Italian, French
Work Experience
7 - 10 years
Tasks
- •Lead, mentor, and coach a team of HR professionals
- •Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and performance reviews
- •Delegate tasks and manage team workloads
- •Act as an escalation point for complex HR issues
- •Oversee the entire employee lifecycle from recruitment to offboarding
- •Streamline and improve HR processes and workflows
- •Ensure accurate and timely handling of HR administrative tasks
- •Collaborate with senior management to align HR initiatives with business goals
- •Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures
- •Lead or assist with recruitment interviews
- •Serve as a trusted advisor on HR topics
- •Help resolve employee relations issues and conflicts
- •Drive initiatives to improve employee engagement and retention
- •Attend First Mate Committee meetings as the main HR contact
- •Collaborate with the First Mate Committee on employee survey initiatives
- •Analyze training needs and develop training concepts
