- Support back-office and staff administration
- Create and structure the Human Resources department
- Organize the recruitment process for internal positions
- Assist with HR administration tasks
- Manage administrative entry processes and offer letters
- Handle employment contracts and health insurance registration
- Coordinate pension plans
- Collaborate with the Country Manager and HQ team in Madrid
- Analyze hiring needs and report on objectives and KPIs
- Oversee investigations and complex employee relations issues
- Implement company culture and inclusiveness practices
- Develop performance review and reward programs
- Create attractive compensation packages
