- Strong critical thinking skills, including identifying suboptimal processes
- Ability to recognize user-facing issues and build scalable solutions
- Ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-paced environment
- Strong interest in technology
- Excellent communication in German and English
- Prior experience at growth stage internet/software company
- Prior experience in payments industry
- Prior experience with large mid-market and enterprise organizations
- Prior experience as team lead and mentor
Tasks
- Lead the full implementation cycle from signed-to-live.
- Support mid-market and enterprise clients during implementation.
- Develop customer integration strategies.
- Project manage customer integration plans and timelines.
- Lead and contribute to team projects for process improvement.
- Manage client relationships.
- Engage in business and technical discussions with executives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft custom solutions.
- Build scalable account deployment processes for global sales teams.
- Lead the establishment of a new regional office.
- Implement established team practices in the new office.
- Foster a collaborative culture within the new team.
- Serve as a cultural ambassador for the new office.
