- Develop a deep understanding of clients' strategic, financial, and operational goals
- Become an expert in Agicap's products to guide customers effectively
- Take ownership of Customer Health and onboarding turnaround time
- Ensure customers receive maximum value from Agicap through high-touch engagements
- Act as the voice of the customer within the organization
