- •Coordinate organizational design and Day-1 readiness activities
- •Support organizational design and talent assessments through structured analysis
- •Track HR transactional and operational activities with local HR teams
- •Apply integration playbooks and monitor KPIs
- •Facilitate HR governance routines and coordinate integration topics
- •Serve as a central point for transformation-related HR topics
