Tasks

  • •Translate business and transformation strategies into structured HR action plans
  • •Coordinate people-related analyses for HR due diligence activities
  • •Synthesize insights for decision-making
  • •Drive stakeholder engagement and leadership alignment
  • •Develop integration communication materials, including presentations and FAQs
  • •Coordinate organizational design and Day-1 readiness activities
  • •Support organizational design and talent assessments through structured analysis
  • •Track HR transactional and operational activities with local HR teams
  • •Apply integration playbooks and monitor KPIs
  • •Facilitate HR governance routines and coordinate integration topics
  • •Serve as a central point for transformation-related HR topics
