Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in HR, project management
  • Proven experience in M&A or large-scale transformation initiatives
  • Ability to manage complex, international projects

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

  • Translate business and transformation strategies into structured HR action plans
  • Coordinate people-related analyses for HR due diligence activities
  • Synthesize insights for decision-making
  • Drive stakeholder engagement and leadership alignment
  • Develop integration communication materials, including presentations and FAQs
  • Coordinate organizational design and Day-1 readiness activities
  • Support organizational design and talent assessments through structured analysis
  • Track HR transactional and operational activities with local HR teams
  • Apply integration playbooks and monitor KPIs
  • Facilitate HR governance routines and coordinate integration topics
  • Serve as a central point for transformation-related HR topics
