- HR Operations experience in Germany
- Knowledge of statutory HR Operations requirements in Germany
- Payroll and pension management experience in Germany
- High organization, planning, prioritization, and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Flexibility and willingness to take on responsibility
- Fluent German and English
- Deep knowledge of Defined Benefit Pension Schemes in Germany
- Experience leading and evolving processes, systems, and driving change
Tasks
- Ensure local compliance and administrative duties
- Serve as first point of contact for HR topics
- Manage Office Coordinator for efficient operations
- Maintain employee documentation and HR processes
- Handle HR employee life cycle processes in HRIS
- Coordinate outsourced payroll management
- Manage statutory reporting requirements
- Negotiate and manage HR vendor relationships
- Oversee pension scheme management and process improvement
- Manage Talent Acquisition and Onboarding Process
- Produce offer letters and employment contracts
- Coordinate reference checking and car policy processes
- Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety
- Support local compliance frameworks and processes
- Manage social security compliance requirements
- Administer compensation and pay management
- Liaise with benefit providers for enrollment
- Manage absence and leave processes
- Maintain local policies and updates
- Manage communication and events
