Requirements
- •5–7 years of HR Business Partner experience
- •Completed degree in HR, business administration, or comparable field
- •Experience collaborating with executives and understanding business-relevant HR levers
- •Knowledge of labor law and organizational planning and analysis
- •High social competence (EQ) and excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
- •Ability to effectively coach leaders
- •Experience in data analysis and interpretation of HR metrics
- •Fluent German language skills (spoken and written)
- •Fluent English language skills
- •Experience in the beauty or aesthetics industry
- •Additional language skills

Tasks
- •Manage the end-to-end HR journey for employees
- •Advise leaders to ensure sustainable business results
- •Foster a positive and effective workplace culture
- •Support performance management and talent development
- •Oversee the local recruitment process
- •Schedule and conduct HR interviews
- •Provide timely feedback to candidates
- •Collaborate on hiring strategies with HR Ops & Talent Acquisition Manager
- •Ensure timely preparation and storage of employee documents
- •Work with payroll providers for accurate payroll processing
- •Assist Finance in preparing sales targets and commission payments
- •Handle employee labor relations confidentially and compliantly
- •Provide legal and compliance advice to local leaders
- •Ensure compliance with labor, social, and health regulations
- •Develop and execute change management initiatives
- •Conduct workforce planning and compensation analysis
- •Contribute to establishing corporate culture and values
- •Support global HR projects and initiatives
- •Perform additional duties as assigned
