Requirements
- University degree (ideally Business Admin, HR, or Psychology)
- Solid HR Generalist or transferable experience
- Practical experience in a German-operating organization
- FMCG sector experience (advantage)
- Project Management stakeholder experience (beneficial)
- Business-savvy mindset, strong analytical thinking, adaptability
- Passion for continuous improvement and change initiatives
- Customer focus, commitment to excellent candidate experience
- Ability to build strong HR/cross-functional relationships
- High organization, multi-project management, on-time/budget delivery
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Commutable distance to Düsseldorf
- Willingness to travel internationally
Tasks
- Provide comprehensive HR generalist support to Group Directors and leadership teams
- Consult with line managers on employee relations, absence, performance, and contract changes
- Lead People & Culture projects with clear objectives, resources, and timelines
- Oversee Talent Management across the full employee lifecycle
- Develop learning and development plans based on business needs
- Support Compensation & Benefits decisions based on market competitiveness, budgets, and governance
- Strengthen leadership capability through feedback and coaching
- Drive employee engagement activities
- Support action planning across functions
- Deliver HR updates at team meetings, leadership meetings, and town halls
- Manage the full recruitment process for the client group
- Oversee hiring strategy, sourcing, interviews, negotiations, and cost control
- Issue employment contracts accurately and timely
- Plan and implement training programs to build organizational capability
