- •Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Human Resources, or comparable field
- •Around 3 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Compensation & Benefits, HR analytics, or similar analytical HR role
- •Strong analytical skills with proficiency in M365 applications, including advanced Excel skills
- •Experience in coordinating projects and working with cross-functional or international teams
- •Good understanding of compensation structures, salary benchmarking, and HR reporting principles
- •Strong communication and organizational skills, with ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- •Proactive, structured, and detail-oriented approach with strong problem-solving skills

- •Ensure compliance with HR reporting standards
- •Monitor data quality with HR units
- •Prepare and maintain HR reports and presentations
- •Create data analyses for management and stakeholders
- •Coordinate HR Operations projects and ensure alignment
- •Follow up on project timelines and execution
- •Contribute to the improvement of HR processes and tools
- •Develop and optimize HR dashboards
- •Act as a communication interface between HR teams
- •Support project planning and documentation for HR initiatives
