- •Confident use of SAP HR and MS Office
- •Experience with MS Power BI (advantageous)
- •Enjoyment of systematic HR data analysis
- •Structured, careful working style under pressure
- •Analytical mindset and strong numerical skills
- •Very good German and English skills

- •Support daily HR operations throughout the employee life cycle
- •Assist with labor and social security law issues
- •Utilize SAP SuccessFactors and FreshService for HR processes
- •Manage time management systems and local working regulations
- •Monitor and maintain payroll-related entries
- •Create regular and ad hoc HR reports
- •Analyze HR key figures and statistics for management
- •Update personnel changes in the forecast file
- •Assist with annual headcount and cost planning
- •Manage the interface between HR and Finance departments
- •Collaborate closely with the works council
- •Initiate projects to develop organizational structures and processes
