Tasks
- Drive analytical and operational remuneration activities
- Design competitive and compliant remuneration packages
- Support the annual salary review process
- Ensure consistent HR reporting standards
- Coordinate between HR, IT, and business units
- Design and maintain HR reports and dashboards
- Prepare and develop HR data analyses
- Lead HR Operations project coordination and execution
- Develop and standardize HR Operations processes
- Act as central communication and coordination interface
Work Experience
- approx. 1 - 4 years
Education
- Bachelor's degree
