- •Support M&A and post-merger integration activities
- •Design organizational structures and drive cultural engagement
- •Promote diversity, inclusion, and succession planning
- •Manage reward systems and performance management processes
- •Coordinate workforce planning with People Centers of Excellence
- •Identify capability needs and define development initiatives
- •Steer transformation and restructuring processes
- •Mitigate legal risks and resolve employee relations issues
- •Ensure compliance with works council and legal requirements
- •Recruit strategic key positions with Talent Acquisition
- •Implement global projects to advance the people strategy
