Requirements
- •University degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Economics, or similar education and experience
- •At least 5-8 years in a similar position
- •Ability to interpret data and interact with all levels of organization
- •Very good knowledge in Microsoft applications, especially in Excel
- •Strong English and German language skills
- •SAP skills would be an advantage
- •Strong analytical abilities

Tasks
- •Support HR department activities
- •Provide high-quality service to employees throughout the employment life cycle
- •Manage recruitment processes and candidate communication for DACH countries
- •Coordinate and execute new employee integration for early productivity
- •Maintain personnel data accuracy in the central HR database
- •Monitor local HR master data accuracy in SAP with local HR
- •Assist in the yearly EOS process and support communication and action plan creation
- •Coordinate Panasonic Dialogues and target setting processes, ensuring documentation and reporting
- •Provide recommendations on strengths, weaknesses, and development areas based on collaboration with DACH/HQ Germany teams
- •Act as first-level support for managers and employees regarding HR policies and initiatives
- •Participate actively in HR projects
- •Create and maintain organizational charts, SRFs, and JDs in SAP, Excel, or Word
- •Contribute to HR projects aimed at enhancing HR services for PHVACEU DACH/HQ Germany
- •Ensure compliance of HR activities with company values, policies, and legal regulations
