Tasks

  • Coordinate monthly payroll with external provider
  • Collect and submit necessary data for payroll
  • Track and manage employee absences
  • Assist with internal communication and HR initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with German labor law
  • Prepare onboarding documentation for new hires
