- •Strong listening and customer advocacy skills
- •Effective prioritization of varied customer books
- •Aptitude for technical details and workflows
- •Passion for teaching and knowledge sharing
- •Focus on renewals and process scaling
- •Detail-oriented approach to CRM and follow-ups
- •Ability to move fast using technology
- •Commitment to continuous process improvement
- •Data-driven approach to work improvement
- •Recruiting or hiring experience (advantageous)
- •Interest in managing defined customer touchpoints
- •Motivation by commercial goals and compensation
- •Willingness to handle granular technical tasks

- •Train customers through tailored product walkthroughs
- •Support product adoption and long-term retention
- •Develop relationships across broad stakeholder groups
- •Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations
- •Explain complex technical concepts in simple terms
- •Provide customer feedback to internal product teams
- •Prioritize a book of 60+ varied customers
- •Navigate advanced configurations and data workflows
- •Create complex reports and offer approval workflows
- •Craft repeatable processes for scalable growth
- •Maintain crisp follow-up and real-time CRM updates
- •Leverage technology to maximize operational efficiency
- •Analyze data to improve work performance
- •Act as a trusted advisor for recruiting excellence
