  • Explain complex technical concepts in simple terms
  • Provide customer feedback to internal product teams
  • Prioritize a book of 60+ varied customers
  • Navigate advanced configurations and data workflows
  • Create complex reports and offer approval workflows
  • Craft repeatable processes for scalable growth
  • Maintain crisp follow-up and real-time CRM updates
  • Leverage technology to maximize operational efficiency
