- •Drive market benchmarking, analytics, and cost modeling
- •Represent the company in collective bargaining and committees
- •Oversee global compensation guidelines and annual salary reviews
- •Manage global bonus, incentive, and pension schemes
- •Define global guidance for health and work-life measures
- •Develop expat policies and manage corporate administration
- •Handle top executive compensation and board remuneration
- •Ensure accurate and timely remuneration reporting
- •Lead a team of thirteen specialized HR experts
- •Provide functional leadership to global team members
- •Maintain continuous dialogue with finance and legal stakeholders
- •Collaborate with HR business partners and people management
- •Engage effectively with co-determination partners
- •Prioritize complex topics across all organizational levels
- •Optimize processes to enhance efficiency and employee experience
