  • Proven experience and established network in sustainability or carbon market
  • Demonstrable experience in developing sales strategies, coaching teams, and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with proactive, results-oriented approach
  • Fluency in German and English
