Requirements

  • Combination of leadership and personal deal involvement
  • Experience scaling outbound sales motions
  • Strong track record of building and forecasting pipeline
  • Skilled at motivating and developing teams
  • Fluency in English (German a plus)
  • Proficiency in CRM (Salesforce preferred)
