Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or equivalent practical experience
- 8-12+ years in Professional Services, Technical Consulting, or Solution Delivery
- Experience with delivery governance, resource management, P&L responsibility
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Postman, modern AI/ML tools
- Strong understanding of technical architectures, integration patterns, delivery methodologies, networks, IT infrastructures
- Strong leadership and organizational development skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Passion for innovation, emerging technologies, continuous improvement
- Proactive, results-driven mindset and strong ownership mentality
- Experience working in agile and fast-paced environments
- Excellent English language skills (C1 level or native)
- German skills are a plus
Tasks
- Lead, develop, and scale the global Professional Services organization
- Define and execute the Professional Services strategy
- Oversee successful delivery of complex customer projects
- Establish and improve delivery methodologies, frameworks, and best practices
- Manage resource planning, utilization, and capacity
- Act as executive escalation point for critical customer engagements
- Partner with Sales to support pre-sales activities
- Collaborate with Product Management to drive product evolution
- Define and track key KPIs
