Requirements

  • Strong People & Culture/HR background
  • Several years of experience in People & Culture, HR Business Partnering, People Operations, or similar
  • Experience in growing organizations (scale-up environment a plus)
  • Solid Employment Law & Compliance knowledge
  • Strong understanding of German labor law (Arbeitsrecht) and HR compliance
  • Experience with international setups (UK especially) a plus
  • Leadership and Stakeholder Management skills
  • Experience leading or mentoring team members
  • Strong communication skills and confidence with senior leadership
  • Ability to constructively challenge, influence, and advise leaders
  • Hands-on mindset
