- Substance, judgment, and ability to operate in high-expectation, delivery-driven services environment
- Proven HR leadership experience in people-based services context
- Track record of running fair, clear performance and people processes
- Open-mindedness, deep listening, understanding of organization's DNA, building on what works
- Confidence operating close to business, including delivery and account reality
- Pragmatic operating model mindset: translating strategy into standards, routines, and execution
- Excellent communication skills and solution orientation: diplomatic, clear, guiding through ambiguity
- Ability to balance performance orientation with supportive, collaborative, people-centered approach
- Very good English
- German is a plus
- Exposure to PE-backed environments, value creation planning, or M&A integration work
Tasks
- Lead ctrl QS’s people and culture agenda
- Translate strategy into practical People Management standards
- Build on established HR frameworks for consistency and optimization
- Partner with CEO and leadership team on people priorities
- Steer transition from founder-led to management-led leadership
- Define and embed People Management guiding principles
- Enable leaders to lead effectively with coaching and tools
- Manage workforce and staffing to meet high standards
- Lead change with proactive planning and clear communication
- Ensure labor law compliance and pragmatic risk management
- Lead the People Team, including HR Operations, Staffing, and Workplace Experience
Work Experience

Education
- Bachelor's degreeOR
- Master's degree
