Tasks

  • Welcome visitors and handle mail
  • Manage office access and be the first point of contact
  • Provide day-to-day operational support to team members
  • Address team member questions and requests
  • Plan and coordinate team events and days
  • Maintain office tidiness and stocked supplies
  • Ensure meeting rooms are always ready
  • Support a consistent workplace experience for remote employees
  • Ensure remote employees have the right setup
  • Lead a small team of two
  • Conduct regular check-ins and feedback sessions
  • Manage team member development conversations
  • Ensure team members have necessary resources
  • Manage the onboarding experience for new joiners
  • Manage the offboarding experience for departing members
