- Broad understanding of GTM tooling landscape and best practices
- Based in Berlin or willing to relocate
Tasks
- Collaborate with Sales, AM, RevOps, and Product teams
- Understand customer needs, products, and revenue model
- Identify and address gaps in growth strategies
- Take ownership of Outbound and Fairs growth channels
- Run GTM motion and demand generation
- Prioritize tasks and partner with local US and EU teams
- Launch new and existing products to market
- Own outcomes and execution of GTM strategies
- Develop and implement scalable systems for operations
- Maintain day-to-day operations for fairs, outbound, inbound handling, and lead qualification
- Travel as needed for market expansions
- Build skills for GTM leadership or entrepreneurial ventures
