- Ability to build outbound engines
- Experience with A/B outreach and sequencing
- Strategic communication of ROI to leaders
- Leadership of remote or multi-geo teams
- Proficiency in building systems and processes
- Power user of CRM data
- Ownership of team performance and roadblocks
- Adaptability in early-stage environments
- Focus on revenue-driving impact and results
Tasks
- Architect a repeatable outbound sales motion
- Define market segmentation and CRM workflows
- Drive Tier-1 deals from discovery to integration
- Manage and coach the CSM team
- Develop team KPIs and career growth plans
- Translate publisher needs into product strategy
- Maintain pipeline hygiene and accurate forecasting
- Provide the CEO with transparent deal health reports
