  • Drive Tier-1 deals from discovery to integration
  • Manage and coach the CSM team
  • Develop team KPIs and career growth plans
  • Translate publisher needs into product strategy
  • Maintain pipeline hygiene and accurate forecasting
  • Provide the CEO with transparent deal health reports
