  • At least 2 years of management experience
  • Leading teams of comparable size

  • Experience in hiring, growing, promoting, and managing performance
  • Transforming framework agreements into strategic plans
  • Aligning plans with client business objectives
  • Proactive mindset for farming within large organizations
  • Enjoyment of hunting for new expansion opportunities

Tasks

  • Lead and grow significant local Enterprise accounts
  • Manage a team of 3 to 4 Key Account Managers
  • Supervise 2 to 6 KAMs across multiple countries
  • Ensure proper management of key accounts
  • Achieve commercial objectives
  • Conduct weekly 1:1 meetings
  • Support professional development through yearly reviews
  • Define commercial strategy for the territory
  • Set priorities and manage forecasting
  • Monitor KPIs like business volume and growth
  • Build trust-based relationships with C-level executives
  • Engage proactively with customers in the field
  • Develop existing client relationships
  • Identify new business opportunities
  • Act as main point of contact for internal teams
  • Drive joint KPIs with Finance, Project, Customer Services, Marketing, and Tech
  • Engage with Malt leadership team for strategic growth
