Tasks
- Maintain and strengthen long-term client relationships
- Ensure client satisfaction and loyalty
- Renew contracts and identify upselling opportunities
- Collaborate with Product, Customer Support, and Marketing Teams
- Enhance solutions for client benefit
- Attend industry events like IFA
- Participate in face-to-face client meetings
- Expand brand partnerships into new markets
- Drive revenue growth through account management
