Requirements

  • More than 10 years of experience in Commercial Excellence, Sales, Marketing, Pricing, CRM, or commercial operations in complex global organizations
  • Expertise in designing, implementing, and governing commercial operating models
  • Strong leadership in driving cross-functional alignment and influencing senior stakeholders
  • Proven track record in leading global CRM, pricing execution, and commercial transformation initiatives
  • Excellent communication abilities translating complex topics into clear, actionable guidance
  • Fluency in English
  • Further languages are beneficial
  • Substantial international travelling required
