- Drive early adoption and lighthouse success
- Embed solutions into critical workflows
- Resolve escalated technical barriers
- Enable seamless handover to Central Sales
- Provide technical input on contract terms
- Ensure technical feasibility and clear scope definition
- Reduce delivery risk and align with customer workflows
