Requirements
- •Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related fields
- •Several years of experience in Salesforce CRM administration
- •Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce App Builder certification
- •Familiarity with sales business processes
- •Solid experience in end user training
- •Very good communication skills
- •Strong troubleshooting, logical and analytical skills
- •Fluent English, additional languages advantageous
- •Ability to work under pressure
- •Good time and deadline management skills

Tasks
- •Define system requirements and customize Salesforce
- •Ensure user-friendly Salesforce experience for all technical levels
- •Administer Salesforce, including user management and data integrity
- •Resolve configuration bugs and utilize data loader for record updates
- •Act as the first point of contact for feature requests and changes
- •Conduct research to find optimal solutions for feature requests
- •Collaborate with sales, customer service, and marketing teams
- •Resolve service requests and provide regular updates
- •Partner with IT to design, build, test, and deploy solutions
- •Provide training on CRM features and processes
- •Stay updated on new tools and capabilities of the platform
