- •High affinity for change processes and ability to inspire others
- •Empathy with local operational service business teams and focus on global process harmonization
- •Experience in service management software and good SAP skills
- •Very good written and spoken English skills; German skills are an advantage
- •Intercultural competence and willingness to travel internationally
- •Enjoyment of working in an international team

- •Support interdisciplinary and global projects during system rollouts
- •Collect process and system requirements from operational services
- •Collaborate with other departments for implementation
- •Ensure sustainable process documentation
- •Advise and train local service units on global processes
- •Conduct training sessions and optimize training materials
- •Drive system improvements in SAP and Service1
- •Identify business requirements for process optimization with key users
