Requirements
- •Completed degree in industrial engineering, natural sciences, or comparable field
- •Several years of professional experience in Quality Management and process optimization
- •In-depth understanding of quality management systems (QMS) and experience in analyzing and optimizing QM processes
- •Proficiency in SAP QM, eQMS, and related systems (MES, LIMS, PLM)
- •Solid knowledge of BPMN 2.0 and/or Lean Management
- •Certification (PMI, PRINCE2, or IPMA) is desirable, along with experience in managing projects focused on quality and process optimization
- •Strong analytical and conceptual skills, excellent communication and facilitation abilities, high problem-solving competence, and assertiveness
- •Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken

- •Manage projects focused on quality management
- •Analyze and improve quality management processes
- •Identify weaknesses and develop efficient workflows
- •Implement sustainable quality standards
- •Collaborate with business units and moderate workshops
- •Coach teams to establish new processes and methods
- •Prepare decision and project documentation
- •Monitor project progress and initiate corrective actions
